Is there parking available?

We have partnered with a local parking company so that our guests can find parking in the area comfortably, and at a discounted price. Please see below. We strongly suggest NOT parking around the Jade Eatery premise since the streets are private Forest Hills property and you will most likely incur a $200+ fine & booted car.

Are children free?

Kids under 2 are free, Kids under 10 eat 50% off (This depends on the package you are booking. If you booked a $55 package then you child would be $27.5}

Can I bring a cake? And if so is there a cake fee?

You are more than welcomed to bring a cake in, it’ll be placed in our fridge until you’re ready to bring it out. We also do not charge a cake fee. 

Am I allowed to decorate?

Decorations are welcomed as long as they can be removed at the end of your event. Please do not hang items on our walls. We do not provide decoration services. Please ask us if you’d like to come in before your event to decorate. 

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes! We have a portable ramp that can be brought out when needed. 

Will my event be recorded or photographed?

Your event can be recorded/photographed at your request, if so, you’ll receive the reel/pics at no extra cost! 

How do I hold my reservation for my event date? 

A 20% deposit is required in order to hold your date and is included in your event total. If another party is interested in the space on the same date before we receive your deposit then unfortunately your requested date and time will be given away. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We only accept credit cards or cash  for payments. All card transactions have a 3% service charge. Clients who pay with cash will receive a 4% discount off their total not including tax and gratuity. 

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my event?

What happens if my guest amount changes?

can i split the payment with other cards?

Yes, you may split your payment with up to 3 cards. 

Please be sure to update your guest amount 48 Hours before your event. Any updates before then wont be reflected until 48 hours before.  If the day of your event comes and your guest amount is lower than what was discussed, then you will be charge at a $25 per person no show fee. 

You are free to cancel your event with one week notice in order to receive your deposit refund. You may reschedule your event with a 24 hour notice. Afterwards, your deposit will be non-refundable.
