If your date for any reason is not available, we will contact you within 72 hours. The duration of your event is 4 hours, if you need more time for your event please contact us at the email provided below. Please keep in mind that full payment is due 24 hours before your event. You will be able to build your menu for your event once you have booked. However, you will only be entitled to half the room. The other half will be open to other dining guests. If you'd like the Dharma Room for a fully private event, please have a minimum of 50 guests. A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. Price is set by Package price x guest amount + tax, 3% SC & 20 % gratuity. After booking, our team will contact you to finalize details and collect payment. A 3% customer service charge is automatically applied when a card is used. As an incentive for our customers, we provide a 4% discount when you pay with cash. Please let us know about any last-minute private event changes such as guest amount, menu modifications etc. at least 48 hours before your event. We will not offer a refund for guests who do not show up on event date. If in the occasion you must cancel your event, please give us a one week notice prior to your event date for a deposit refund.
